In the case that you have already uploaded speakers as attendees, you just have to link those attendees to corresponding sessions. As soon as you do so, these persons will appear in the list of speakers in the corresponding APP MENU item of sidebar menu:

In the case that you have to add new speakers who are not linked to any sessions, you can do so manually using the Add speaker button in the upper right corner of the screen.
