To start, click Polls & Surveys section in the sidebar. This is where you will see the list of all your polls. Click Create Survey button in the upper right corner to create a new poll:
Enter the title in the popup window and click Create. Note that this title will be seen by the app users:
After that a screen will open where you will be able to add the content of your survey.
To add a question, click the green plus button and choose either a question or a question group:
The difference between them is about their look in the app: single questions will appear one question per screen, while questions from the group will all be displayed on a single scrollable screen and will have a subtitle. Thus, question groups are very useful if your poll has several short questions:

After choosing question type, enter the question itself in the corresponding field and choose the answer type. The following types are available: text box, single answer, multiple choice and rating:
For the Rating type you will able to choose the scale from 2 to 10 stars. Below is the example in the app:
When choosing single or multiple choice, click Add answer to add answer options:
You can also add pictures both to questions and answers. To do so, click the pic icon on the right of the corresponding field:
To expand or edit the image, click the icon 
in the preview:
In the app, all elements of your poll will be displayed in the same order that they are in the admin panel. To change the order of answer options, click the icon 
on the left to the field, hold it and drag to re-order:
The same works for re-ordering questions in a question group — just hold and drag using the icon 
above the question:
It is possible to make copies of questions and question groups. To do so, hover over the element you would like to copy and click the icon

To delete a single question or a group of questions, click the red button ‘Delete screen’:
To delete particular questions of a question group or answer options, click the bin icon to the right of the corresponding element:
